   The newest research might be the proof for coffee being healthy! Thanks to the latest research it is said that three or four cups of it could lower the risk of liver diseases or even specific types of cancer. What's more coffee drinkers were observed to be less susceptible for haveing heart problems than people who doesn't drinkt it. However it's important to remember that the healthiest coffee , the most beneficial one doesn't include any sugar or creamers.
    For me these are great news . Personally I love coffee but I've never been sure whether drinking it was ok. It's obvious that too much caffeine is not healthy that's why we still need to keep moderation.

 French policeman shot dead three innocent people and injured three others. On one of the streets in France the man had found out that his girlfriend wanted to break up with him. In anger he shot down two pedestrians then started shooting to his girlfriend and her family in the car, because of that girl's father died . Policeman was found dead near to the place of shooting, he commited suicide.
 I am absolutely shocked by this situation. Police officer is someone who is supposed to give us a feeling of safety but this time he is the reason of death of three innocent people. The two pedestrians hadn't even have anything in common with the whole situation. It is terrifying that a person like that had a chance to become a policeman.

  Rebel Wilson, Australian actress known for playng an amazing, comedic role in "Pitch Perfect" has just revealed that she had been a victim of a sexual harassment. Wilson said that she had expirienced incidents like that twice. On her twitter , she claims : " I was threatened by one of the star's representatives to be nice and support the male star. I refused. The whole thing was disgusting."  the second situation like that had it's place in a hotel room with a director. 
  It's horrifying, more and more woman are revealing stories about a sexual harassment that they had been vitims of , which shows that we might still be treated by man without any respetct. Hopefully thanks to woman's honesty we'll stand up and show that we are not weaker , we are not objects that can be used .

  Gabrielle Deydier is an author of a book titled “On Ne Naît Pas Grosse” (“One Is Not Born Fat”) which shows the reality of life of overweight people in France.  A writer used her own expirience as well as scientific studies to talk about it. “To be fat in France is to be a loser,” Ms. Deydier said. No one really expected that the book will be such a success. Readers present different reactions , some of them are ready to help obese people not to feel judged, some of them says that Gabrielle Deydier is simply normalizing obesity. France doesn't take part in actions which are supposed to let overweight people lead normal lifes ( for example by producing more plus size clothing) so the book is kind of a shocker. The author of “On Ne Naît Pas Grosse” points out that overweight people find problems with finding a job just because of the way they look.

     Cambridge University , one of the most prestigious schools in England has stated that the college council had decided to allow transgender women to apply to female-only Cambridge college. Not that long time ago two other universities made the same decision.  Dr. Foster , a profesor of psychology recently commented on this decision : 

 "This doesn’t affect our single-sex status: We are a college that exists to prioritize women’s education and learning, but legally, societally and generationally, there has been a change in the understanding of gender and what makes one female.”

Germaine Greer a feminist, former lecturer very strongly criticized Murray Edwards' decision by claiming that "transgender women are not real women". 

     In my opinion great decision has been made . The world is changing , no one has anything to do with that. Giving transgender women an opportunity to study at the female-only college showed that Cambridge University is a school growing with the world , ready for a change to educate every person who deserves that. I am sure that thanks to Cambridge and two other universities other schools will soon make similar decision.

        An article about a new way of planning a work day. People usually plan their work day by writting down all the goals they have to achive, all the things they have to do to feel proud at the end of the day. But more and more people (including productivity experts) started taking about a "not-to-do" list where you are supposed to write down all the anti-goals you have . Why? To make your day much easier to go through . As one of the experts said , people are very often just focusing on the things they HAVE TO DO to be happy ,when the solution can be much easier : try to cut off from your day all the things and actions that can possibly make you less productive! Creating an anti-goal list can help you to change your perspective:
"Goals narrow our focus and motivate us in a specific direction.”

     An article about a woman , Anne McBrearty Giotta who has lost her son at age of 83 . Even though she has been through a lot, the moment when she found out about her child's death will always be her worst memory. For every parent it is natural that their children will live much longer that them. And when it doesn't happen it may cause depression, rupture of a marriage. “You lose a part of yourself,” Ms. Giotta said.
    In my opinion the loss of a child is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. When the older member of a family dies although it is painful we can cope with that , by thinking it is the natural order of things. When someone who is supposed to live longer than us passes away it can upend everything , make us feel unsafe because there is no order, anyone can pass away anytime, make us hate the world because it seems totally unfair.

 “We have been attacked. We are at war.” With this words Morgan Freeman , one of the most famous actors in the world starts a video that accuses Russia of meddling into the 2016 presidental election in the U.S. The video was posted by Committee to Investigate Russia , a new organisation which purpose is sharing an awareness of Wladimir Puttin's interference into the latest election. 
The video caused a huge wave of hate from Russia on Morgan Freeman who is now called “American propaganda loudspeaker” . On twitter there was created a hashtag #StopMorganLie. 
 Psychiatrists from Putin's country say that the messianic character of the video is caused by the amount of God roles that Morgan Freeman played.
In my opinion Morgan Freeman simply decided to open up about his view on presidental election . However the way he talks about it is pretty "strong" , he accuses Wladimir Putin of being a K.G.B spy so the wave of hate from Russia shouldn't surprise anyone.

Flash Fiction #2

They had taken a photo and immidiately posted it on social media-they looked so beautiful together. 50 likes,  70 likes , the number was rising all the time. People were writting comments : "cuttest couple !" " you're both so perfect for eachother " , everyone was so jelaous of their amazing lives . What they didn't know was that when the "cuttest couple" came home every evening they would forget about eachother and sleep in two different bedrooms.

         The Rev. James Martin is an author of a book which urges to communicate with people from L.G.B.T. community in catholic church. As he claims he was ready to hear negative opinions but the amount of hatred that he recives through social media is startling. Theological College, the national seminary at the Catholic University of America in Washington recently canceled its invitation for Father Martin who was supposed to deliver a speech. However the priest is determinated to create a bridge between conservative and L.G.B.T. catholics.
           In my opinion the Rev. James Martin is a person who is going to mean a lot when it comes to the future of a catholic church. The society changes and he is the one who wants to try to talk to people in "their own language". The priest is trying to open the door of a church for people who has been excepted from it because of their sexual orientation.

Flash Fiction

Two cooks had a great dish to serve . But in each of the course there was something missing , some taste. Adding spices in different combinations - nothing helped. One day they met and one of them accidentally tripped on the banana peel. Their foods mixed and created a dish greater than enyone has ever tasted. That is how spaghetti was created.

British police have revealed more on the lattest attack on pedestrians . Man who carried out the whole attack tried to rent much bigger track. In the car that had been used for the attack police found 13 bottles of wine filled with flamable liqud in addition, each attacker had a knife and used it to attack people on the streets.
I think it's terrifying how organised those attacks are. It looks like the people who carry them out are fascinated with killing . Because of them more and more people are afraid to simply walk down the street.

On Sunday British Airways had a problem with a major computer system. People are strainted worldwide, they don't know what's going on. British Airways haven't given any informations to their passengers yet. As one of the aggrieved customers said they haven't been given even a bottle of water . In opinion of British Airways the system problem is not caused by a cyber attack.
I think it's not very responsible not to give ANY sort of information to the passengers who are being abroad and have no idea when they'll have an opportunity to get back home.

On sunday 82 of kidnapped girls from Nigerian city have been realised. Kidnapping had it's place three years ago and jihadists and culprits of that. Girls are not back home yet, they're staying in the place were they can continue education.  Unfortunatelly more than 150 girls are still being kept by kidnappers in horrible conditions in forest. Thanks to negotiations there is still a hope that the rest of the girls will be realised.
 I am really happy that at least part of the girls are back from that nightmare, and I am hoping that the rest of them will get their normal lifes back. It's so sad to think that in some countries people are living in never-ending fear.

Rome has a pollution problem ! It makes many people unhappy. Citizens say it's getting worse and worse. In opinion of Italian professor " Rome produces more waste than it can cope with". Some of the pollution will be aken to Austria by train, then energy from this rubbish will be turned into electricity .
If I have to be honest I am not surprised . Rome is a city visited by thousands of tourists , that's why there are so much pollution produced , visitors come back to their countries but their rubbish stay in capitol of Italy.

In Russia , Ministry of Justice wants to define jehovah witnesses as extremists and have them banned. Around 175000 russian jehovah witnesses  can't understand this decision , they consider themselves as peacefull people. In opinion of some russians, following by jehovah witnesses one truth faith make them extremists. By living with their religion they can be concidered in Russia as criminals.
In my opinion it's awful that Russia wants to ban a religion which doesn't cause any harm. Even though  from time to time they knock to our doors , it's not a reason to make them criminals. The biggest "problem" is ISIS , organization which actually kills people, why won't they pay more attention to them ?

Khalid Masood, radicalised islamist carried out a terror attack in London on 22nd of March, he killed three civilians , one policeman . Two people are in hospital in a critical state , one person has live threating injures. Police is still looking for Masood's motivation for this attack : whether he was directed by someone or he was "working" alone.
This situation makes me feel terrified , we can't feel safe anywhere we go now. For me London was always a city which connected people of many cultures, no one seemed to care what religion you were. Now I feel like all people wherever they go they will look around and think if they are safe near people they're standing with.

Fake News

Police pledged that they paid a ransom for an immortality medicine. They excluded possibility of kidnapping it in the future. Bottle with medicine was the size of hand but the cost of it deprived police of millions of dollars. Taking too much of that medicine can affect premature death, that's why police wanted to get it back as quick as possible.

Was William Shakespeare the real author of his plays ?

We all know William Sheakspeare , his plays are famous all around the world, words he used are very well known till these days. People call him simply: a genius. Lately I had a chance to learn even more about this poet, I heard about a very interesting conspiracy theory and I want to share it with you.
   

 The theory says that William Shakespeare is not an author of any of his plays .

  Not smart enough ?
People who believe in that theory claims that Shakespeare who was a son of a glove maker couldn't be a very intelgent person , he simply couldn't create that amazing plays like for example "Romeo and Juliet".
 Was he just an "actor"?
It is said that William Sheakspeare was hired by Edward de Vere( 17th Earl of Oxford ,the Lord Great Chamberlain of England and a courtier poet.) Any evidences ? It has been noticed that there are references to Vere's life in the plays .
  Was Shakespeare just a front for Christopher Marlowe ?
Shakespeare and Marlowe wrote in the same time. Apparently Marlowe was murrdered in the bar on May 30 1593.  It is said that this death was falsified just to protect Marlowe from going to prison for being an atheist. People who believe this conspiracy theory thinks that Shakespare was named an author of these plays just to protect the truth about this what really happend to Marlowe in the bar that day.
